<INCA 1 to 1 Eyelash Extension–Mannequin-pro,Junior>

▣ RULES

1. The products used in the competition are prepared by the contestants (brand is no limited).

2. Organizer only provided one pair of eyelashes with box.

3. Contestants must prepared their own closed-eye mannequin head.

4. Eyelashes must be adhered to the correct position on the eyelids of the mannequin.

5. Do not use any rubber foam to stick under the eyelashes.

6. Eyelash thickness 0.15mm.

7. Do not use flat eyelashes.

8. Not allow to use black eyelashes; other colors eyelashes can be used.

9. Must be extend eyelash in the middle (fan-shaped); at least three dimensions.

10. The joining point in between 0.05-0.1cm.

11. Must glue the artwork in the box within 3 minutes after competition time.

12. The completed work will not returned to the contestants.

▣ RULES

1. The products used in the live competition are prepared by the contestants (brand is no limited).

2. Organizer only provided one pair of eyelashes.

3. Contestants must prepared their own closed-eye mannequin head.

4. Eyelashes must be adhered to the correct position on the eyelids of the mannequin.

5. Do not use foam rubber first and stick false eyelashes.

6. Must use 1 to 6 eyelashes technique (front eye and end no limit)

7. The technique angle must in between 20° - 40°

8. Must use black color eyelashes 0.07 thickness.

9. Length and curl eyelashes are not limit.

10. The joining point in between 0.05-0.1cm.

11. Cannot use flat eyelashes, layered eyelashes, well-opened flowers, or lashes that have been bundled with a sharp tip.

12. Must be extend eyelash in the middle (fan-shaped); at least three dimensions.

13. The completed work will not returned to the contestants.

▣ RULES

1. Contestant prepare their own box, (Box size materials are not counted in score, do not exceed 12* width 7* height 2cm)

2. No decoration on the box, must write down serial number, name and category under the box.

3. Eyelashes need to be stick on single eyelashes box; eyelashes need to be prepare by own.

4. No decoration in the box.

5. Do not stick the box cover with glue after finishing.

6. Technique is not limit, it can use 1 to 1, 1 to 6 or 1 to more.

7. No limit for eyelashes style, color and length.

8. Must use 3 or more different material to complete. (Feather, rhinestone, dry flower….etc)

9. The decoration shall not block 1/3 from the joint point. (Joint point contact is 0.005-0.1cm).

10. Should not exceed 1cm at the end of the eyelashes, and the height should not exceed 3cm. Decoration must not exceed the eyelash box.

11. If used 2 pairs of eyelashes and the stacking is repeated. The technique of the joint point and roots sticky are not identify. The score will be calculated as zero.

12. Artwork submission at registration counter on competition day itself, latest by 9.00am. Contestant may submit more than 1 (ONE) artwork. Only 1 (ONE) artwork will be chosen as winner.

▣ RULES

1. Contestant to prepare their own box. (Box size materials are not counted in score, do not exceed 12” width 7” height 2cm)

2. No marking is allowed on the box; serial number, name and category must be written under the box.

3. Contestant is to prepare their own Eyelashes attached in the box.

4. No additional decoration is not allowed on the box.

5. Do not glue the box cover.

6. Only one pair of eyelashes is allowed and no repeats stacking on the eyelashes.

7. Eyelash must be extended from the middle (fan-shaped); no limitation on the length and curve of the eyelashes.

8. Must use 1 to 6 eyelash technique (except; 2 at the head of the eye and 2 at the end of the eye).

9. Distance and separation must between 20° - 40°.

10. The joint points must in between 0.05 – 0.1cm.

11. Do not use flat eyelash or layering eyelash.

12. Must use 3 different or more; sizes and colors (black color will not be counted).

13. Must use full-color eyelashes (neon color), Cannot use gradient, mixed colors and camouflage eyelashes.

14. Artwork is to be submitted at registration counter on competition day itself, latest by 9.00am. Contestant may submit more than 1 (ONE) artwork. Only 1 (ONE) artwork will be chosen as winner.

<INCA INBOX A4 Paper Illustration Mix Media-Free>

▣ RULES

1. Theme is free.

2. Contestants must download paper illustration in our website. Print only in white A4 paper.

3. Other than your lash art design and hair decor, you may not have anything else ON the paper. Cannot have any décor or make-up over the designate table. You may not color or put décor over any place other than the face or hair. Do not frame the A4 paper (this consider as decor), your A4 paper may be any material or thickness. A4 paper only can be placed over an A4 white cardboard.

4. Eyelashes are require before the design.

5. Not allowed to use double sided-tape to stick the eyelashes.

6. Only one pair of eyelashes is allowed and cannot repeat stacking on the eyelashes.

7. The decoration should not exceed 2cm from the sides and 10cm at the top and bottom.

8. The artwork must contain at least 10% of hair and makeup.

9. Artwork submissions at registration counter on competition day itself, latest by 9:00am.

Contestant may submit more than 1 (ONE) artwork. Only 1 (ONE) artwork will be chosen as winner.
